Sonia Barnfield and Rebecca Daniels are representing the Maternity and Newborn Safety Investigations (MNSI) programme. This programme is part of a national strategy to improve maternity safety across the NHS in England. Sonia is a consultant obstetrician and is a clinical advisor to MSNI. Rebecca Daniels is the lead midwifery clinical advisor with MSNI.
