Lindsey Rose is a midwifery lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, with a passion for enhancing student learning and clinical confidence. She introduced the Newborn and Infant Physical Examination (NIPE) into the undergraduate curriculum in 2016 and is now completing a PhD exploring how digital technology can improve neonatal screening. Lindsey developed the NIPE: Textbook in a Pocket app to support clinicians with real-time guidance. She is also a co-investigator on an NIHR-funded national study evaluating digital imaging for detecting congenital cataracts. Her work bridges education and research, aiming to strengthen midwifery practice and outcomes for newborns.
